ITB-2026-6055-KK.- Notwithstanding the preferences indicated, the Applicant will consider bids for alternative manufacturers' equipment that provides equivalent functionality. If a proposed alternative solution does not provide equivalent functionality, then it does not meet the Applicant's technical requirements. If you propose an alternative solution and do not explain in detail how your proposed solution is a technical equivalent, your Bid will be deemed incomplete for bid evaluation purposes. - SPAM and/or robotic responses not reasonably tailored to the stated specifications will be deemed invalid and will be disqualified from consideration. -Each Bidder must be an authorized distributor of their proposed solution(s).

Bids submitted by unauthorized distributors will be disqualified.-The service request for quantity 3300 Antennas, Connectors, and Related Components is the same as the Cabling service request for 100,000 ft of cabling; both correlate to the patch cable line items in Attachment R under Cables and Accessories. There are NO cable runs or other services as part of this ITB/Form 470, and no other cabling materials beyond those expressly identified in Attachment R are required.

The Applicant has used both types of service request in the Form 470 to ensure E-Rate eligibility.-Notwithstanding the file name, the Attachment R Price Schedule is locked only to the extent that vendors cannot modify the quantities or other technical information in the document. Vendors have the ability to enter the requested information in columns F-I of this document.
