District is seeking pricing for Internet Access services. Please note, there are two separate RFP requests included within this Form 470.

For a complete description of the "Standalone Internet Access Services" being requested, please refer to the District issued RFP for FY2027: #IT-26/27-01 High Speed Internet Services. For a complete description of the "Internet Access and Data Transmission Services" being requested, please refer to the District issued RFP for FY2027: IT-26/27-02 Internet Access Services with Transport.For each RFP, an optional site walk will be held on 11/13/2026 at 9:00 AM; any interested parties should RSVP via email to [contact in the Form 470].
All questions or requests for information for both RFPs must be provided in writing and emailed to Annette Trujillo, Director of Technology at [contact in the Form 470] no later than 4:00 PM on November 19, 2026. No phone calls will be accepted. All questions and answers will be provided in an addendum and posted to the District website and to this Form 470 in EPC.
Responses to each RFP will be received via email at [contact in the Form 470] with the applicable RFP # and Title in the subject line. Please refer to each RFP for all details relevant to the submission of bids. All proposals in response to these RFPs are due by December 4, 2026, no later than 4:00 PM. IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the way EPC has been created with the service category questions, please consider information drafted into quantities, fields, and units as an educated guess at a minimum for the issuance of this Form 470 and RFP.
All quantities are estimates as solutions proposed by vendors to meet the minimum specifications required and outlined in the RFP may necessitate differing totals/quantities. Quantities and bandwidths are estimates. Please refer to the RFP for details on services being requested and all requirements. To ensure that all Service Providers receive the same RFP information, it is required that you download the RFP directly from USACs EPC website or from the link in the posted Form 470.
