We are seeking funding for our early intervention unit located in Towanda One Elizabeth St, Suite 2, Towanda PA 18848. We are seeking bundled internet and delivery services for the location. Minimum 200 MBPS, maximum 1 GBPS, service.

No bulk internet is requested. All bids are due no later than 3:00 pm December 11, 2026. Bids are required to clearly state the cost per month, and the up and down delivery speed. If there are any one time costs associated with the installation, these must be clearly stated within the bid. A justification is required for any installation costs and must be justified with required equipment and labor hours clearly outlined.
All bids must clearly state SPIN numbers clearly and any vendor without a SPIN number will be automatically disqualified. All bids must come with a cover sheet detailing contact information from the vendor as well as the referenced 470 number from this request. All bids must be emailed or posted by 3:00 pm December 11, 2026 to [contact in the Form 470] or for bids that are mailed and posted, they must be sent to Blast Intermediate Unit 17, ATTN Maribeth Stetts, 2400 Reach Rd, PO Box 3609 Williamsport 17701.
