Chico ISD is seeking bids for internet access including transmission services to terminate at 1205 W Sherman St, Chico, TX 76431. Price quoted must include all Category 1 network equipment necessary to connect to Chico ISD's existing LAN. Please quote 500 mbps, 750 mbps, 1 gig. Price quoted must include all installation charges.
Networks and Wi-Fi (Category 2)
Chico ISD is seeking the following pricing for 3 cable runs (not feet): 1. approx 1300 feet of 12 strand single mode fiber to be run from JH to HS. 2. approx 700 feet of 6 strand single mode fiber from HS to ES. 3. 1 Network drop Cat 6E or better cabling. We are also seeking bids for 4 single mode fiber patch cables. Price quoted must include 36 LC terminations, 3 fiber wall mounted boxes, 6 fiber patch cables, 4- 10gig fiber SFP modules and all installation, labeling, and testing. If an onsite visit is required to price these cabling jobs, please email [email protected] to set time and date. Chico ISD is seeking bids for 1- Ubiquiti U7 Pro Outdoor Access or equivalent, and 3 Tripplite 750VA and 1 Tripplite 1000VA or equivalent. Price quoted must include all shipping, installation, labeling, and testing. The quantity/amount purchased is dependent upon district and E-Rate funding. No bids will be accepted after December 4, 2026. Any bids received after this date will not be evaluated.
