Description
This public solicitation is for professional CM Services for a new, multi-story university facility. The University intends to select one Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) to provide both Preconstruction Services and Construction Phase Services for the Project.
Electronic Proposals must be uploaded in the USF Sourcing Portal by 3:00PM om October 30, 2026.
