The Florida Department of Children and Families (Department), Office of Community Services, is issuing this Request for Applications (RFA) to procure direct services under Florida's Responsible Fatherhood Initiative.
This RFA establishes a coordinated statewide framework for the delivery of Responsible Fatherhood Initiative services through the following program components:
- Comprehensive Needs of Fathers (CNF);
- Responsible Fatherhood Education Program (RFEP); and
- Mentorship Programs for At-Risk Male Students (MPARMS).
Applicants may propose one, two, or all three program components within one or more judicial circuits. The Department encourages integrated service delivery and collaboration among program components to improve outcomes for fathers, families, and at-risk male youth.
