Addendum #003, which includes the Department's written answers to the written questions received by the deadline in the ITB Timeline, is attached.
In addition, Addendum #003 replaces Attachment IV, Price Page, revises language in various sections of the ITB, and revises Attachment X - Vendor Certification.

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to secure Responsive Bids from Responsible Vendors to install, maintain, and repair roofs for the Department, statewide. The Department is selecting a Vendor for each of its four (4) regions.
