The Agricultural Marketing Service has posted an updated Federal Purchase Program Specification for Whole Eggs and a Supplement for Egg Products. Updates include Quality Assessment Division (QAD) acceptance, AMS Master Invitation for Bids Domestic Commodity Procurement (MIFB-D), Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) policy, and the removal of the USDA generic UPC label requirement.
