Secondarily, the Government invites capabilities statements from other SBA-certified socioeconomic small business categories (HUBZone, SDVOSB/VOSB, and WOSB/EDWOSB) to assess total small business industry capacity. II Summary Scope of Work: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, supplies, and quality control necessary to deliver comprehensive custodial and janitorial services at MCB Quantico facilities.
