RLP Clarifications/Questions:

1. Program for Design (PFD)

Question: Will the Government amend the PFD?
Response: At this time the Government does not intend to amend the PFD. Exhibit 02a (Program for Design) is provided as an example of a typical PACT-model layout; see Amendment No. 3, Clarifications 1 and 2.

2. Agency Requirements

Question: There is a mismatch between typed numbers and numbers in parenthesis. Which one is correct?
Response: RLP 36C24W26R0017, Exhibit 02, Agency Requirements (Agency Specific Requirements), is deleted in its entirety and replaced as attached to this amendment. The replacement Exhibit 02 corrects the quantities in 1.0.2 and governs. This response supersedes Amendment No. 3, Clarification 2, to the extent they differ.

3. RLP Response Date

Question: Will the Government consider extending the offer due date? Response: Initial offers are due Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 4:00 PM PST, as amended by Amendment No. 2, Item 2.

4. Space Requirement

Question: What is the space requirement and anticipated circulation area? Response: Refer to RLP 1.02 for the amount and type of space required.

Response: The Dermatology room will also serve as the bariatric room. This response supersedes Amendment No. 3, Clarification 15, to the extent they differ. The remaining provisions of Amendment No. 3, Clarification 15, regarding the Government-furnished patient lift remain in effect.
