Continuation - Amendment items:

1. Cover Letter

The Cover Letter, is hereby amended by replacing the second paragraph in its entirety with the following:
“This is a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation. The U.S. Government intends to award IDIQ contracts to multiple responsible offerors submitting acceptable proposals, in accordance with the evaluation criteria in Section 4. Awards will be based on initial proposals, although the Government may hold discussions with offerors in the competitive range if there is a need to do so."
All other provisions of the Cover Letter remain unchanged.

2. Section 1, Continuation to SF-1449, paragraph I, Scope of Services Section 1, Continuation to SF-1449, paragraph I, Scope of Services, is hereby amended by replacing the second paragraph in its entirety with the following: “This is a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The primary purpose is to establish pre-negotiated rates with qualified, SAM-registered hotel contractors, enabling the U.S. Mission to satisfy lodging and event hosting requirements by issuing a Task Order against this contract, without undertaking a separate competitive solicitation for each requirement. Only the U.S. Mission will issue Task Orders under this contract. Reservations made by any U.S. Government traveler under the rate guarantee in Section II count toward the contract minimum guarantee.”
All other provisions of Section 1.I remain unchanged.

3. Section 1.II, Pricing and Rate Guarantee, Per Diem Website Section 1, Continuation to SF-1449, paragraph II, Pricing and Rate Guarantee, is hereby amended by replacing the per diem website “http://aoprals.a.state.gov/Web920/per_diem.asp” with “https://allowances.state.gov/content.asp” wherever it appears. All other provisions of Section 1.II remain unchanged.

4. Section 1.II, Pricing and Rate Guarantee
All references to “C.9 (Other Hotel-Provided Services)” are hereby amended to “C.4 (Other Hotel-Provided Services).”

5. Section 1.II, Pricing Schedule

The Pricing Schedule under Section 1.II is hereby amended to replace all references to "USD" in the pricing column headings with "IDR."
All proposed unit prices shall be submitted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), consistent with the currency requirements stated in the solicitation.
