ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS – COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS
QUOTE SUBMISSION
Quotes shall be sent electronically via e-mail to the Contract Specialist CPT Tyler Hoyt at [email protected] and Contracting Officer MSG Joreen Christian at [email protected]. The electronic quotation shall be submitted no later than 12:00PM MDT on the closing date of RFQ, 23 OCT 2026. 3. The quotation(s) shall include the following:
a. Technical Proposal: The contractor shall submit detailed schedule and service for the proposed items that demonstrate adherence to the requirements listed in Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement (PWS). Technical Proposal shall include the proposed delivery schedule. b. Price: Each item and total price.
ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION – COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS
BASIS FOR AWARD
The Government will award a firm fixed-priced contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror providing an acceptable offer that satisfies all terms and conditions of this solicitation and best value for the government based on a price and other factors evaluation IAW FAR Part 13. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotations: ►Factor 1. Price: The Contracting Officer will determine the proposed price to be fair and reasonable IAW FAR 13.106-3
