Amendment 1: AOI - OTA CDC

Amendment 01 – AOI N6247027R0003 - Navy Child Development Centers (CDC) Industrialized Construction (IC) Projects via Other Transaction Authority (10 U.S.C. § 2808a)

The purpose of Amendment 01 is to:
1) Provide responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) #1-2. See below. Additional responses to received questions will be posted via future amendment.

Does the Navy intend on awarding one or multiple agreements under this AOI? A: The Navy has not established a predetermined strategy for the number of agreements to be awarded under this AOI. The number of agreements will be determined based on the evaluation of the capabilities presented in the Phase 1 White Papers and RPP submissions.

Please clarify whether existing portals, such as the Barracks Resilience through Industrialized Construction (BR IC) portal, may be used for this CDC program, in whole or in part, or whether a new Phase 1 white paper must be submitted under N6247027R0003.
A: Existing portals related to BR IC will not be considered in the evaluation of this AOI. A white paper must be submitted under this AOI N6247027R0003.
