A pre-proposal conference will be held as specified below to provide offerors an opportunity to be briefed on the work covered by the solicitation. Attendance at the conference is strongly encouraged. Any comments/remarks made by Government representatives at the conference should not be construed as a change. Any changes in terms or conditions must be accomplished by a written amendment to the solicitation. Offerors are requested to submit to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist by email to include the name(s) of the individual(s) who plan to attend:
