ITEMS TO BE PROVIDED/SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED

Potential offerors are to quote on the following line items, quotes are due to this office by: 16 November 2026 @ 16:00 hrs. Central European Time (CET). Any questions are due NLT 09 November 2026 @ 11:00 CET. A Site Visit is planned for 30 October 2026, at 09.30 am (CET) and will be held at Aviano Air Base Italy. Meeting point: Aviano Air Base, Italy, LVIS Gate, (you can search it on Google maps), SP31, Fontanafredda (PN), Italy.
All prospective offerors are highly encouraged to attend the site visit to inspect the sites where the services are to be performed. In no event shall failure to inspect the sites constitute grounds for an award protest. All offerors who intend to participate in the site visit shall coordinate base access through the Contracting Office:
1. A maximum of two people per company will be allowed to participate. 2. Contractor shall provide the names and cellphone number of its company representatives attending the site visit not later than two calendar days prior to the established site visit date (30 28 October 2026 at 10.00 am CET), to: [email protected]; [email protected];
