THIS IS AN ANNUAL NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF OPEN BAA AS REQUIRED BY

FAR 35.016. White Papers are still being accepted against this BAA until 28 October 2028 3:00 PM Wright-Patterson AFB, OH local time. Please see the initial BAA Announcement for further details on submitting your white papers. This amendment extends the Broad Agency Announcement Open Period, increases the Anticipated Funding, and Adds Attachment 8 – R&R Senior/Key Person Profile (SF424), as follows:
1. The Broad Agency Announcement is hereby revised as follows: a. Section II. Award Information (page 15):
1. BAA Open Period: This BAA is Open and effective until 28 October 2028. Offerors should be alert for any BAA Amendments.
b. Section II. Award Information (page 15):
2. Anticipated Funding for the program (not per contract): Total funding for this BAA is approximately $500M with an individual contract award limit of $75M. This is an estimate only and not a contractual obligation for funding. All funding is subject to change due to Government discretion and availability. Potential offerors should be aware that due to unanticipated budget fluctuations funding in any or all areas may change with little or no notice.
2. Updates the List of Attachments to add Attachment 8, Research & Related Senior/Key Person Profile (SF 424). Note this version of SF 424, provided at Attachment 8, is required per Section I. Program Description, 5. Other Requirements, g. Science and Technology Protection (added with Amendment 01). The SF 424 is a family of forms, only the R&R Senior/Key Person Profile (SF 424) required under this BAA.
