Attachment 4 (Pricing Table) appears to have formula errors. Cell J4 (CLIN 2 shipping, Option 1 unit price) is hard-coded to 0 instead of escalating from the base price, so all CLIN 2 option-year shipping prices calculate to $0. Cell Q5 (CLIN 3, Option 3 total) is hard-coded to 15 instead of quantity x unit price. Cell G7 in the Total row contains a pre-filled value of 307.16. Can the Government issue a corrected pricing table, or confirm how these cells should be treated?

Also, the SOW references the FEMA NextGen Retro Fit Shower Drawings, which are not posted. Can those drawings be provided?

The drawings are not required. Quoters shall provide prices for all times included in the Amendment 1_ 70FB8027Q00000003 - Attachment 1 - Statement of Work in accordance with the Amendment 1_70FB8027Q000000003 - Attachment 4 Pricing Table.
