So you see the agenda on the page on the screen. I'm not going to, you know, read

every single thing on it. You all will get a copy of this via an amendment. So you'll be able to go back through and take a look at it. But the first thing I would like to do is introductions. Again,

Good morning, everybody. John Kochen here. I'm the contract specialist on the project. Good to meet everybody. I'll go ahead and turn it over to Owen. Baker, Jennifer K 0:51

Owen's actually not on today. He is the project manager on the project. I'm Jen

Baker, project specialist. Both Owen and I are out of the Denver Service Center. And then not with us today is our Yellowstone Park point of contact, Sally Barton Dale. Murphy, Shellie A 0:52

Thanks, everybody. And really, Sally will be involved once we award great point of contact for the park. And then I will also, along with in the amendment with these slides, obviously put out the attendees

and any other information needed. Obviously, the purpose of this call, of this

meeting is to kind of high level go over expectations of the project, some critical areas of the bridges, of the work required.

any work restrictions and whatnot. And then at the, so what I'll do is after this next

slide, I'll hand it over to Jen, and then afterwards we'll finalize it, rounding off the last

slide with contracting and questions.

Okay, thanks, Shelly. My computer is quite slow this morning, so it might take a

second for a slide to actually change. So generally under this contract, the work will be for preservation of three existing bridges in Yellowstone. Their category DC

be bridges. For funding, high expectations that funds will be available and contract will be awarded. The general scope of work for in-water pieces includes scour

mitigation and erosion repair and temporary stream diversions. For out of water work elements, we have concrete spall repairs.
