AMENDMENT A01

The purpose of this amendment is to:
A. Update RFQ_FA440727Q8000 – FY27 – Kris Allen Guest Vocalist for the USAF Band of Mid-America:
1. Page 3, last paragraph to add the submission of price breakdown and the sentence “Include a signed copy of the Amendment Memorandum with your quote submission.”
2. Page 5 & 6, add a price breakdown to the submission requirement and include detailed information on the price breakdown to the addendum to RFO 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Service submission requirements.
3. Page 9, in Factor 1, Acceptable evaluation factors, alter travel acknowledgement to: “Acknowledges that travel, lodging, local transportation, meals, and incidental expenses will be arranged and paid by the Quoter and will be included in the quoted price.”
4. Page 12 & 13, revamped section 5. Price Evaluation to clarify inclusion of travel expenses in CLIN pricing and provide information on the evaluation of the price breakdown.
5. Page 14, Attachment list has been updated to include Attachment 5 – Questions & Answers and this Amendment A01 Memorandum.
B. Amend Attachment 3 – Statement of Work:
1. Page 1, change dates in the Title from 02-09 December 2026 to 9 November 2026 -10 December 2026 for inclusion of the travel dates in the overall period of performance. 2. Page 1, Section 2, altered to include travel requirement clarification and period of performance change to 9 November 2026 1-10 December 2026. 3. Page 3 & 4, Section 2, subsections Contractor-Furnished Travel and Related Expenses, Contract Price, Government Cancellation and Inspection, Acceptance and Payment have been fully revised for clarification of travel, CLIN pricing, cancellation & settlements, and payments information.

4. Page 5, Service Requirements, subsections on Period of Performance, Rehearsals and Performances have been amended to incorporate travel information and to align with the information in the Schedule section on Page 4.
5. Page 6, Service Requirements, subsection on musical works has a new deadline for final set list determination (9 November 2026.) and added that changes will not be made to the music after 18 Nov 26 except by mutual coordination and approval of the Music Director.
5. Page 6, in the Milestones & Deliverables section, the due date to provide promotional items has been moved to 9 November 2026.
