Instructions:
1. Whether a business is considered an SDVOSB is dependent upon maintaining certified SDVOSB status under the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Veteran Small Business Certification Program. Offerors shall meet all eligibility and certification requirements applicable to participation as an SDVOSB at the time required by this solicitation. 2. SDVOSBs are eligible to compete under the SDVOSB set-aside pools as a Prime. 3. Each individual contractor may participate in any or all Regional Pools under the Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside, and only once under the Full & Open (Unrestricted) competition.
