CUTTER LATERAL – DZ BOOSTER PUMPING PLANT

FOREWORD

Work is located approximately 26-miles South of Bloomfield, New Mexico in San Juan County.
The principal components of work include the following items: 1.

Pre-engineered concrete booster pump station, concrete foundation pad, pipe encasement, yard pipe, fencing, electrical equipment, gravel surfacing, and pipe connections.

2.

Installation of secondary regulation tank at Regulation Tank No. 3 site, foundation, electrical equipment, yard pipe, and pipe connections.

3.

Replacement of gravel surfacing at Regulation Tank No. 3 site.

4.

Erosion and scour restoration/prevention:

Includes a retaining wall, swale, runoff channel, and site regrading.

Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) equipment.

(a)

Offers will be considered for award on the following Price Schedules, but no offer will be considered for award on only part of the Price Schedules. Offers are subject to the terms and conditions of this solicitation.

(b)

Quantities in Price Schedules are estimated quantities for comparison of offers only. Except as provided in Variation in Estimated Quantity clause in Section H, no claim shall be made against Government for overruns or underruns. Contract clause Section H variation in Estimated Quantity does not apply to lump sum items.
