This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC), on behalf of the Tomah VA Health Care System, is seeking to lease one (1) mobile 1.5 Tesla (1.5T) Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) system housed in a mobile coach, including all equipment, transportation, delivery, setup, maintenance and repair, training, accessories, technical support, and other requirements specified in the Statement of Work (SOW).

Pricing: Quoted monthly lease prices shall be fully burdened and shall include all costs necessary to perform the requirements of the Statement of Work, including equipment, transportation, delivery, setup, installation/connection, maintenance and repair, replacement parts and required accessories, required training, software/firmware updates and required upgrades, technical support, and all other contractor responsibilities identified in the SOW. No separately priced charges will be permitted unless expressly authorized by this solicitation.
