1.0 INTRODUCTION

The United States Navy (USN) Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Naval Test Wing Atlantic (NTWL), Air Test and Evaluation Squadron TWO ONE (HX21) is located at Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River, Maryland (MD). HX-21 functions as the Developmental Test (DT) squadron for all USN and United States Marine Corps (USMC) rotary wing aircraft, including the CH-53K King Stallion. HX-21 has a requirement for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) services to manage and maintain the CH-53K aircraft and associated test assets that perform the Test and Evaluation (T&E) of requirement owners' test programs.

2.0 SCOPE AND OBJECTIVE

The purpose of this non-personal services task order is to provide Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) to perform Organizational Level (O-Level) maintenance support services and other explicit test support tasks required to maintain assigned Air Test and Evaluation Squadron TWO ONE (HX-21) aircraft to the proper standards required to meet the requirements of the CH-53K Test Team test schedule. The test schedule includes both flight and ground test events to meet PMA-261 and other requirement owner program performance needs Assigned aircraft for this task order include both CH53K and YCH-53K.
