PROPOSAL SUMMARY TEMPLATE
The Proposal Summary Template is meant to guide Offerors in providing a concise summary of project information and team structure. The Proposal Summary Template consists of Tables 1 and 2 below. •

The Deployment Summary is restricted to 1 page. Any more than 1 pages for the Deployment Summary will result in a non-responsive proposal.
The summary does not count towards the proposal total page count.
A Proposal Summary is a required for all proposals. Failure to provide a complete Proposal Summary will result in a non-responsive proposal and the offeror’s proposal will not be evaluated. Table 1. Project Summary
