General Information
1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for construction services prepared in accordance with the procedures in RFO Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation) and RFO Part 36 (Construction), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. 2. This solicitation is being issued as a(n) Request for Proposal (RFP). 3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO): https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul 4. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction).

Requirement Information
NOTICE: No contract shall result from this agreement. Accepting the terms and conditions of this agreement will allow the contractor to be considered for Task Order (TO) award.
Description:
The U.S. Air Force anticipates establishing a Construction Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with qualified contractors capable of meeting this solicitation's specifications to perform a broad range of maintenance, repair, alteration, and minor construction work on real property. Specific project requirements, specifications, and drawings will be outlined in individual Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Task Orders issued under this agreement, as detailed in Attachment 2 - Terms and Conditions Additionally, the Government requires all work and mobilization to be performed directly at AVIANO AIR BASE, ITALY, and its associated Geographically Separated Units (GSUs). All proposals must adhere to this solicitation in its entirety, including attachments/amendments as applicable.
