Large business Offerors proposing a total price greater than $750,000 ($1,500,000 for construction) shall complete and submit this Subcontracting Plan with their proposal. Failure to complete and submit this form may result in rejection of an offer. Use of this form is not intended to waive other solicitation & contract requirements.
