Vendor Questionnaire for RFI
1. Stack-Parking & Valet Capacity – Describe your experience coordinating stack-parking and valet services for 1,000+ vehicles daily across multiple simultaneous locations while meeting a 2-minute vehicle-return standard (Section B.1, B.2).

2. Meter & EV Equipment Management – Describe your approach to daily inspection, revenue collection, and timely repair (within 2 hours) of ~105 parking meters and EV charging stations (Section B.1.2, B.1.3).

3. Off-Campus Facility Support – Describe your ability to staff and report on off-campus leased locations (e.g., Rockledge I/II) multiple times per week without impacting oncampus operations (Section B.1.4, B.1.5).

4. Patient Valet & Validation Services – Describe your experience staffing patient valet operations (112+ vehicles/day, including medical equipment needs) and a parking validation desk, with attendants trained in CRIS/HIPAA requirements (Section B.8, B.9).
