GENERAL INFORMATION: This is a combined solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO 12.201-1(3), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). By submission of a quote, the contractor accedes to all RFQ requirements. Contractors shall clearly identify any nonmaterial exceptions to the notice terms and conditions and provide complete accompanying rationale. A quote that takes exception to any of the material terms and conditions will be considered unacceptable and will not be awarded. Only the solicitation packages of responsive offerors whose proposal contains all parts and requirements shall be evaluated. The resultant award to two qualified respondents will be used by 460th Contracting Squadron, Buckley Space Force Base, Colorado to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a period of performance of up to 5 years. Please see 1.5. Period of Performance below. This notice is not authorization to begin performance and in no way obligates the Government for any costs incurred by the contractors for this requirement. The Government reserves the right not to award a contract as a result of this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 effective 13 March 2026 and DFARS Change 5/7/2026 effective 7 May 2026. 1.1.
