* QUANTITIES ARE ESTIMATED, CONTRACTOR SHALL FIELD VERIFY TO SATISFY ALL REQUIREMENTS OF THE DRAWINGS, STATEMENT OF WORK, AND SPECIFICATIONS.
* One award will be made from this solicitation, contractors must submit pricing for all items.
* Bid Bond/Guarantee. REQUIRED for proposals exceeding $150,000.00 IAW FAR 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee.
* Payment will be made based on the firm-fixed-price structure upon completion and acceptance of deliverables. * Incidental Items: Any items, materials, or services not specifically listed in the Schedule of Items, but required to deliver a complete and fully functional system in accordance with the Statement of Work, shall be considered incidental to the contract, and no separate payment will be made. NOTE: Payment for bond premiums shall not be in addition to the contract price. The contractor shall complete the table below and include the information with their quote.
