In accordance with Attachment 01 Statement of Work (SOW), with my signature below, I acknowledge that I have received, read, and understood the current Contract Guard Orders (SOW Section 3.7) and Contractor Guard Manual (SOW Section 3.8). I understand that is my responsibility to comply with all policies and procedures while performing my duties at this facility.
By signing below, I also confirm that I:
1) Have thoroughly read and understand the security policies and procedures outline in the Contract Guard Orders and Contractor Guard Manual. 2) Will follow all guidelines and procedures set forth in these documents. 3) Understand the importance of adhering to these policies for the safety and security of the facility, its employees, and visitors.
4) Acknowledge that failure to comply with these policies my result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
