1.0 Purpose and Authority

In accordance with DFARS Clause 252.237-7023 (Continuation of Essential Contractor Services), the Government has identified the services described herein as "essential contractor services." These are services that the Government has determined are vital to the mobilization and national security mission of the Headquarters (HQs), Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) and its Major Subordinate Commands (MSCs). These mission-critical services must be maintained without interruption during crisis situations, natural disasters, civil disruptions, pandemics, or any other government closure or emergency activation.
