INTRODUCTION

This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with RFO 52.215-1, ‘Instructions to OfferorsCompetitive Acquisition” wherein the Government intends to award without discussions. In addition, the Government will not accept alternate proposals. The Offeror shall submit a proposal for the Resilient Missile Warning Tracking (RMWT) Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Ground Entry Points (GEPs) in seven (7) volumes. Specific volumes with associated page limits are detailed below.
