Attachment B Model OT for Research HUBBLE

DARPA is providing a model Other Transaction (OT) agreement to give proposers the opportunity to suggest edits for consideration. The model OT reflects the general terms and conditions DARPA intends to include in awards. However, final terms and conditions will be tailored to each individual award and may differ from the model provided.

Proposers may submit suggested edits by including a copy of the model OT with tracked changes as part of their proposal package. Proposed changes will not be evaluated as part of the proposal assessment. Any suggested edits should be consistent with the proposed technical approach, milestones, and deliverables. For non-administrative changes, proposers must include comments explaining the rationale for each suggested edit. DARPA reserves the right to accept or reject any proposed changes at its discretion.
