SUBJECT: ACME Company – Authorized Distributor Letter (ADL)
TO: Contracting Officer - MSPV Supplies BPA Program
This is to certify that ABC Company (OEM) hereby names ACME Company (Reseller/Supplier) as its authorized distributor for the MSPV Supplies BPA Program. ACME Company is authorized to provide [all or only the individually listed/identified items on this document] that ABC Company manufacturers to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for the acquisition of consumable commodities in support of the MSPV Product List for the Veterans Health Administration - Department of Veterans Affairs.
The ABC Company products distributed by ACME Company to the Department of Veterans Affairs are hereby guaranteed to be safe, are not counterfeit, gray market or adulterated devices, have maintained adequate storage conditions, and any warranties and service and/or preventative maintenance agreements are transferred and will be honored by ABC Company, and are extended to ACME Company.
ABC Company extends to ACME Company the authorization to fulfill all warranty, service, and/or preventative maintenance obligations for the supplies on our behalf. This ADL will remain in effect for the duration of the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) awarded to ACME Company or until rescinded by us, whichever occurs first.
