UT-Battelle, LLC Fixed Price Subcontract
When executed by UT-Battelle, LLC, this subcontract, as described, shall constitute the entire subcontract between the parties hereto and any Terms or Conditions offered by the subcontractor (hereafter referred to as the Seller) in addition thereto or in any way different from those set forth herein are hereby objected by UT-Battelle, LLC (hereafter referred to as the Company).
