DESCRIPTION
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services or commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in HYPERLINK "https://www.acquisition.gov/far/part-12" \l "FAR_Subpart_12_6" \o "subpart 12.6" Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). Request for Proposal will be submitted through email on RFP reference no. 36C24226R0097.
(iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 (eff. 03/13/2026).
(iv) This procurement is being issued as a SDVOSB set-aside solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238290, Other Building Equipment Contractors, with a small business size standard of $22 Million.
(v) The contractor shall provide line-item pricing for the upgrade/modernization repairs on three passenger elevators and one service elevator within buildings 6 and 53 at VA NJ Healthcare System Lyons Campus for the Elevator Upgrade Repairs Project No. 561A4-25-500.
