This requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. The North American Industry Classifica on System (NAICS) code for this acquisi on is 336212 and the size standard is 1000 employees. The PSC code is 2330 – Trailers. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award Firm Fixed Price contract for a towed array transporter and dockside handling system in accordance with The Towed Array Transporter and Dockside Handling System Technical Requirements Package. NOTE: This technical requirements package is designated Distribu on D and export controlled. To access the Government documents the following condi ons must be met: 1) Offeror must possess a valid Joint Cer fica on Program (JCP) cer fica on. 2) In accordance with DFARS supplement rule 2019-D041 (Assessing Contractor Implementa on of Cybersecurity Requirements), offerors shall have a summary level score of a Na onal Ins tute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publica on (SP) 800-171 DoD Assessment, of not more than three (3) years old from the date of this combined synopsis and solicita on, posted in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). 3) Cybersecurity Maturity Model Cer fica on (CMMC) Level 2 (self) is applicable to this purchase. Only offerors with a CMMC Level 2 (self) assessment or higher posted in SPRS will be eligible to receive a copy of the drawings
In order to obtain access to the drawings, the offeror’s JCP Custodian shall email [email protected]. Email subject shall be “N6660426Q0307 Drawing Request” and email body shall contain:
1) a copy of the company’s DD2345 as an a achment.
2) the company’s CMMC unique iden fier(s) (CMMC UIDs) issued by SPRS for each contractor informa on system that will process, store, or transmit FCI or CUI during performance of the contract resul ng from this RFQ. The request must be sent by the JCP Custodian; the drawings and parts lists will not be provided to any other points of contact. Once JCP cer fica on, JCP custodian, NIST Assessment, and CMMC Cer fica on status are confirmed, the Drawings will be sent to the JCP Custodian via DoD SAFE.
