Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. This solicitation is set-aside for 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561720 – Janitorial Services, with a small business size standard of $22 Million. The FSC/PSC is S201 – Housekeeping – Custodial Janitorial. The Network Contracting Officer (NCO) 1 – New England is seeking to purchase Janitorial Services.
All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: Please provide pricing for the base year and all four option years. Each option-year price shall reflect any anticipated changes in labor rates, material costs, or other factors that may impact performance costs in future years. Vendors shall clearly identify annual price adjustments for each option year to ensure transparency and support a fair and reasonable price analysis.
