The VA is seeking qualified business sources capable of providing underground storage tank (UST) repair services at the St. Cloud VA Health Care System, 4801 Veterans Drive, St. Cloud, MN 56303. This is NOT a solicitation.

INTERESTED SOURCES SHALL RESPOND BY:

POTENTIAL SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THEIR RESPONSE:

3. NAICS Code: 811310 – Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. 4. Confirmation that your firm holds applicable Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) certification for underground storage tank installation and repair. 6. Brief statement confirming your firm’s capability and experience performing the required services.

REQUIRED SERVICES:

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to correct deficiencies associated with existing underground storage tanks at the St. Cloud VA Health Care System.
