Design-Bid-Build Construction for Project Number 657-507, FCA Correct Seismic Deficiencies B14 located on the grounds of the VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Marion, IL.
This solicitation is being issued as a Design-Bid-Build procurement (Reference Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Subparts 36.1 and 36.2). One Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract will be awarded. This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB) set-aside acquisition utilizing NAICS code 236220 with a size standard of $45M. In accordance with VAAR 836.204, the estimated magnitude of construction for this project (2) Between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000.
