We have completed a subsurface exploration and geotechnical engineering evaluation for the referenced project in general accordance with Terracon Proposal No. P15255149 dated June 6, 2025. This revised report presents the findings of the subsurface exploration and provides geotechnical recommendations concerning earthwork and the design and construction of foundations, floor slabs, and pavements for the project.
