DESCRIPTION

RFQ 36C25927Q0006 Amendment 0001 hereby incorporates the following corrected information: The title for this RFQ has been corrected to “Notice of Intent Sole Source - Labs -RedCap Database Access Services for Rocky Mountain VA Medical Center (RMRVAMC)” Amendment 0001 hereby incorporates additional justification information: A sole-source award to The Regents of the University of Colorado is required because the contemplated services involve proprietary historical and ongoing research studies, established research protocols, and approved affiliate collaborations between the Department of Veterans Affairs and the University of Colorado. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 09:00 AM Mountain Standard Time, Tuesday, November 10, 2026. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government’s need as stated above.
