This is a Request for Information (RFI)/ Sources Sought Notice only and is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10 Market Research, in order to conduct market research. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, and the Buffalo VA Medical Center anticipate a 5 year contract for Holmium (30 and 80 watts), CO2, and Lithotripsy (ESWL) Laser Services to include the unit, technician and all supplies.
