Construction services for requisition 1170864, Barillas Peak & Encino Vista Lookout Tower Restoration on the Pecos Las Vegas and Coyote Ranger Districts of the Santa Fe National Forest. Project will include necessary expertise to design, remove and replace the Barillas Lookout Tower cab with a new cab installed on the existing tower structure, fully grounded and tested, complete with a brand-new comprehensive lighting protection system. An additional option bid item is to replace/install a brand-new comprehensive lightning protection system, and fully ground, test & inspect the Encino Vista Lookout Tower. Requests for Information shall be submitted via email to [email protected] no later than Thursday, 1 October 2026, at 2:00 PM Pacific Time. See solicitation for organized Pre-Bid Site Visit schedule. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. A 20% bid bond is required to be submitted with quote package.
