Elevator Inspections Base 4 Canandaigua VA Medical Center VAMC Bath VA Medical Center VAMC
The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the required VAAR Clause 852.219-75, VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting—Certificate of Compliance for Services and Construction (NOV 2022), which was inadvertently omitted from the solicitation and to revise the Period of Performance (POP) dates for the contract.
Offerors shall complete, sign and submit the certification contained in VAAR 852.219-75 with their acknowledgment of this amendment. Failure to provide the completed certification may render the offer ineligible for award.
The Period of Performance for the Base Year and all four Option Years is hereby revised to reflect a December 1st start date instead of November 1.
Offerors who previously submitted quotations/offers shall acknowledge receipt of this amendment; and complete, sign, and return the certification required by VAAR 852.219-75 no later than 2:00pm ET, Friday November 13, 2026.
No revisions to pricing or technical quotations are requested or authorized by this amendment unless specifically required to comply with the clause.
