Section 2: Requirement & Performance

2.1 General Information

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference (see Attachment 5). The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul.

2.2 Requirement Description

a) The Government requires:
a. 2 (ea) Lochinvar model #AWH0500NPM 100 maximum BTU 500,000 fuel source: Natural gas.
b) A detailed description is provided in Attachment 1: Salient Characteristics.

2.3 Performance & Delivery
