COMBO SynSol - AUL Periodicals Subscription

GENERAL INFORMATION

The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112, has a requirement to purchase periodical subscriptions for the Air University Library (AUL). This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial products. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number for this procurement is F2XHE16275A001 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses (see Attachment 3) are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 effective on 04/20/2026, and Revolutionary Defense FAR Supplement (R-DFARS) effective on 02/01/2026.

Set-Aside: 100% Total Small Business. The government is soliciting for “open market” proposals only. General Services Administration (GSA) quotes or other Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC) quotes will not be considered.

NATURE OF ACQUISITION

Air University has a requirement for an online periodical subscription in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 1, Statement of Requirement (SOR).

QUOTE SUBMISSION

All responses shall be received at NLT 12:00 PM CST on 12 November 2026. All proposals must be submitted via email. Upon receipt of your proposal, the Government will confirm receipt within 24 hours. If confirmation has not been received within 24 hours, please contact the Contract Specialist or the Contracting Officer identified in this notice.
