This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement will be the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested, a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12444626Q0066 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Troubleshooting and repair of access control panels for two (2) exterior and one (1) interior door on the Superior National Forest – Kawishiwi Ranger District. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561621 The small business size standard is 25M This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

The System for Award Management (SAM) may continue to require entities to complete representations based on provisions that are not included in this solicitation.
