NOTE: THIS IS A DRAFT OF THE SOLICITATION FOR INDUSTRY FEEDBACK. IT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The requested information is for planning purposes and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued, nor will the Government pay for the information solicited. All information and data received in response to the sources sought marked or designated as corporate proprietary information will be fully protected and held in strict confidence.
All questions and/or comments from industry shall be sent to [email protected] and [email protected]. The Government will answer or acknowledge (as appropriate), but a response is not guaranteed. The feedback will be reviewed and may assist the Government during final preparation of the solicitation. The Government kindly requests feedback to cease on 27 October 2026.
