requested information is for planning purposes and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued, nor will the Government pay for the information solicited. All information and data received in response to the sources sought marked or designated as corporate proprietary information will be fully protected and held in strict confidence.
SCOPE: B Department has a requirement for technical and support services in the general Work Areas of: Information Technology, Program Financial Management, Technical Writing/Editing, Operations Support, Configuration Management, Program Analysis, Facilities Operations, Property Management, Procurement Support and Electronics Technician. These services shall be provided in support of existing, near-term, and out-year projects, programs, technology developments, technology insertions, prototyping and technology demonstrations, fielding and sustainment, and related acquisition efforts. The Contractor shall provide technical support services at NSWCDD, test facilities, Contractor facilities, and in the field. INCUMBENT: The work is currently being performed under Seaport-NxG Task Order N0017819D8537/N0017823F3000 with Solutions Development, as well as an additional portion of the work for B Department under N0017819D7266/N0017824F3010 with Bowhead Program Management and Operations, LLC.
ATTACHMENTS: A draft Statement of Work (SOW), draft Labor Category Qualifications with draft Level of Effort are attached.
CONTRACT TYPE: The Government contemplates award of a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Level of Effort Task Order.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The resultant order will have a Base Period of twelve (12) months and four (4) Option Years, each consisting of twelve (12) months, for a total of sixty (60) months.

LOCATION: Work is to be primarily performed at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) located in Dahlgren, Virginia, and the Contractor’s facilities. The Government will also require support at Wallops Flight Facility in Wallops, VA.
